刚采看了一篇文章，关于H的 [复制链接]

最近几天在写报告，查阅了不少文献，心血来潮，查了一些关于H试剂的文献，检索到7篇，目前只看了一篇，大概报内容说一下，
      文献中对H试剂的性能做了一个比较全的研究，结论部分和翻译如下：
This study used virologically and serologically confirmed
cases of new and established genital HSV-2 to determine
whether or not the index value from the HerpeSelect HSV-2
ELISA provides clinically relevant information. Our study
confirmed that in newly infected patients, index values start
low, often in the negative range, and peak a median of 9–10
weeks later.We found previously that 23–41% of newlyHSV-
2-infected patients had not seroconverted in the first 6 weeks
but only 7–27% had not seroconverted by 3 months (Ashley-
Morrow et al., 2003). In rare cases (3 of 47 seroconverters),
peak index values did not reach the positive range until 6 or
more months after onset of symptoms. Thus, negative ELISA
results must be interpreted with caution. While our data suggest
that repeated testing of seronegative patients beyond 6
months’ time is not fruitful, repeat testing at 8–12 weeks is
appropriate to confirm or rule out seroconversion.
大概意思是：
      本次试验研究通过病毒学和血清学方法确定了Herpeselect测试值为临床诊断HSV2的信息的价值，我们的研究结果表明，初次感染者在初期H试剂检测值很低，一般在阴性范围内，在感染9-10周后，检测值会向上攀升，研究发现23-41%的初次感染者在开始6周内不会产生IgG抗体，但是在3个月后只有7%-27%的患者没有产生IgG抗体，只有极少数患者（本次试验中47人中有3人，约7%）在发生典型症状后6个月使用H检验值未达到阳性范围，我们的数据显示在初发6个月以内反复检验不会能完全排除，一般情况下要求在8-12周后检验为阴才能初步排除。
      很粗略的翻译，大概就是这个意思了，对了该文献中对H的重复性进行了试验，发现H的重复性还是很好的，就是说战友在6个月以后检测只需要检测一次就可以了，没有必要检测几次。
