人在美国，在高危wdkj （没有xj）后的1，4，6，16周分别测试了 HSV1 和 HSV2 的 igg/igm，结果均为阴性；但是尿道仍然觉得有稍微的灼烧感刺痛感，为了进一步排查和排除疱疹，打算在九月初进行western blot测试；
在美国一般的lab corp和quest均不提供western blot，由于这个测试不是FDA approved，一般的医生也不会开；
这次通过Terri Warren的Westover Heights Clinic预约了测试，她是美国在疱疹领域的专家，收集了很多临床数据研究传染率以及各种测试的正确率以及与western blot的结果对比；
她编写的The Herpes Handbook我很推荐，提供了很多不同情况下测试时间的理论正确率以及不同状态下的传染率，链接如下：

她曾经帮过很多非美国本土的人做western blot测试以及跨国邮寄血样品也是可行的；有兴趣的可以在网站上了解一下。十分推荐她写的handbook，有理有据，比一般网上搜索的鱼龙混杂的资料好太多！！！
2024年8月24日收到结果，HSV1/2均为阴性！！！结合四次igg阴性以及一直以来没有泡泡/溃疡/红疹等症状，我觉得这块心头大石应该可以科学得放下了；
